Job description

The NYC Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager Level 3 to serve as the PSEM Project Manager under this solicitation. The selected resource will be responsible for leading and supporting complex projects with a strong emphasis on technical implementation. This role requires demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional initiatives and the ability to effectively coordinate with Operational, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. The candidate must possess sufficient technical acumen to understand system dependencies, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure alignment across multiple teams. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and successful delivery of project objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating technical activities, tracking milestones and deliverables, managing project documentation, and supporting governance and reporting requirements.
