Job description

- Lead and inspire an executive team of Vice Presidents across Sales, Support, R&D, and Professional Services - Own and deliver the division's net revenue and EBITDA growth targets - Provide detailed monthly briefings to Group Leader/COO on business performance, risks, and plans - Define and drive the Business Unit's AI strategy - from product integration to operational adoption - ensuring AI becomes a meaningful differentiator across the portfolio - Partner with the division's management team to establish long-term technology strategies across all product lines - Shape and execute strategy around software delivery, implementation, and customer adoption to drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer success - Identify and develop opportunities in new and adjacent markets, bringing a market builder mindset alongside operational discipline - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers - showing up not just as an executive, but as a trusted partner who understands their business
