TAUS Care is currently seeking experienced Senior Disability Support Workers for immediate opportunities supporting a few of our participants on Sunshine Coast. These are complex support roles, and we are specifically looking for people who have genuine hands-on experience of 3+ years supporting participants with: This role is best suited to support workers who are confident, calm under pressure, reliable, and experienced in delivering person-centred supports in complex environments. - Autism - High and complex support needs - Behavioural escalations and proactive behaviour management - Complex personal care and daily living support Availability required: Day Shifts: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Sleepover Shifts: start time 2:00 pm & 4.30 pm, finishing the following morning around 8:00 am, with a sleepover component in between. Pay rate: $40+ per hour, depending on skills, experience, and suitability. Penalty rates and applicable shift payments are paid accordingly.
