This role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday , and you will serve as the sole HR presence at the location—ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they can truly own their work and make a visible impact. Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations is essential, and union experience is strongly preferred . Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence leaders at all levels. The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to site leadership, providing hands‑on HR support that drives business performance, talent development, and workforce engagement. This role partners closely with operations leaders to deliver effective people strategies, ensure compliance, and foster a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing work environment.
