PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Technology Services Operations & Enablement Coordinator shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This role supports the Technology Services department by providing high-level administrative coordination across all Technology Services teams while advancing technology enablement, internal communications, and knowledge management initiatives that multiply departmental impact. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Administrative Support (40%): Team Life & Staff Development (20%) - Provide administrative support to the Technology Services department and its managers, including scheduling department events and meetings, invoicing and financial transfers, budget monitoring, inbox management, research and project support, policy upkeep, and inventory management. - Process accounts payable, purchase orders, and vendor invoicing; coordinate hardware and software procurement in partnership with the Service Desk to ensure equipment selections comply with or...
