Senior Director, Account Management (Western Canada Accounts)

Job description

Position Overview: The Senior Director of Account Management is responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving account growth. This role leads a team of account managers and works closely with sales and operations to deliver integrated client solutions. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in Canada, but will be supporting our Western Canada accounts. There is roughly ~15% travel.
