Job Description: - Performs final quality checks on BPO-completed non-key update requests based on defined sampling ratios - Applies control criteria in line with global and local quality standards - Segregates correct and incorrect requests, classifies error types, and records findings - Ensures that identified errors are corrected via the Pandora Vendor panel - Revalidates its own quality performance through double-check mechanisms - Measures quality rates to support the sustainable improvement of process quality - Performs quality control of whitelist requests to ensure accurate information is published on the platform Qualifications: - Performs final quality checks on BPO-completed non-key update requests based on defined sampling ratios - Applies control criteria in line with global and local q...
