Overview Employment Type: Full Time: Shifts Available: Days: Hours: 8 -hour shifts – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Schedule: Monday through Friday (one Weekend a month) Location: Saint John Hospital—Leavenworth, KS: ***Opening to Newly Graduated Pharmacist *** A clinically focused Hospital: Pharmacist (PharmD) providing comprehensive inpatient pharmaceutical care with an emphasis on evidence‑based pharmacotherapy, medication safety, and therapeutic optimization. Experienced in medication order verification, clinical monitoring, medication reconciliation, and transitions of care to reduce adverse drug events and improve patient outcomes. Actively collaborates with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams during rounds to support informed clinical decision‑making. Proficient in sterile compounding, USP 797/800 compliance, and hospital regulatory standards, with demonstrated involvement in antimicrobial stewardship, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical protocol adherence.
