Principle Roles & Responsibilities: Support description of standards in Machine assembly (e.g. create work instructions, do time studies) Run small projects to improve productivity and quality. Create new production layouts: Define work stations according to ergonomic standards Help with smaller fixture design projects Work within the SAP system to link work instructions to the appropriate production steps The ideal applicant would have a strong operations or experimental background in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Experience with software packages like MS Word, MS Access, MS Power Point, Visio,...
