The role: AIRE is looking for a Bath Host to join our site in London, awarded as London’s Spa of the Year 2023 and 2024. You will join our team and be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our guests. As part of the team in-charge of our baths area, the Baths Host is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels special from the moment they arrive the baths area until their departure. Key responsibilities: Manage the receiving of guests in our waiting area whilst communicating with the team in other departments. Greet our guests with a warm and genuine welcome. Conduct guided tours of the bath’s areas, highlighting key features and explaining the expectations around behaviour and rules. Address any guest queries. Servicing of amenities to guests. Who you are: You have experience in the hospitality industry. Professional English is required. You are completely customer-oriented, and you have excellent interpersonal skills. Your schedule is flexible. The rota can include shifts in the mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
