Position Overview: The Post Grinding Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining departmental grinding and cleaning equipment to meet production requirements and quality specifications. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment while following established work instructions and quality standards.
