- The Starting Rate for this position is $30.26 per hour - 35 hours per week POSITION SUMMARY: This position performs routine, extensive, and preventative maintenance and repair work on mechanical equipment and utility systems in commercial and residential buildings and grounds for the County of Berks. Attention to detail, the ability to consistently meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills are required. Must demonstrate flexibility in response to unexpected changes in the workload and exercise sound independent judgment and analytical skills in order to recommend solutions.
