Facilities Technician We’re now looking for a hands-on Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician to help keep our sites running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being a go-to person on site. Based at our Aylesbury Innovation Centre, you will support our Manufacturing, R&D, and Warehousing facility. You’ll play an important role in day-to-day maintenance, responding to issues as they arise and helping us maintain a safe, well-presented working environment. You’ll work closely with the wider Facilities team and external contractors, delivering a reliable and customer-focused service to colleagues across the business. Salary £32,000 - £38,000: What You’ll Be Doing: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the sites, including basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fabric tasks Responding to building issues such as lighting, power, water, or general repairs in a timely manner Supporting the upkeep and presentation of the buildings, including minor repairs, painting, and general maintenance Assisting with the monitoring and basic maintenance of systems such as HVAC, fire alarms and access contr...
