Originating in San Ramon, Vitality Bowls specializes in Açai bowls, fresh juice, smoothies, grain bowls, wraps, and salads. Leadership: - Lead the team, making sure food is made accurately and in a timely manner, delegate tasks, and assign stations. - Understand all team member tasks and perform at a high level (i.e., prepping, making orders, customer service, washing dishes, and cleaning the café). - Complete all opening and closing duties. - Follow all county health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 safety practices, and lead by example. - Be reliable, show up to scheduled shifts on-time and c ommunicate scheduling conflicts in a timely manner, including requests for time-off. - Perform additional tasks and handle special circumstances requested by your manager.
