Responsibilities: - ­To regularly call on established accounts within a specific territory, promoting, selling and working in, all new distribution items available from Georgia Crown. - ­Must have overall product knowledge, properly inventory and survey the account for sales opportunities, and have a positive and mutual product relationship with the account and buyer. - ­Must achieve and maintain optimum store conditions to include new distribution (30 days),shelf/backbar adjacencies, POS/Menu assignments, and displays. - ­Promote monthly programs and pricing, keep up with market trends and conditions, and be aware of competitive activities. - ­Must understand Georgia Crown’s policies and procedures, keep accurate account records and route books, keep monthly and daily pre-plans, and understand and work accounts within the applicable delivery schedules. - ­Must be accurate in taking and placing orders and assist when necessary, in collecting and dealing with special situations. - ­Must communicate with suppliers in promoting, distributing, and building their brands. - ­Must be on time to all meetings, dressed appropriately and be prepared to participate actively. - Must follow itin...
