About the position: You’ll work alongside experienced professionals across multiple departments, leading and developing a team of brokers and support staff while delivering tailored lending solutions to clients purchasing investment properties. Reporting to the Managing Director you’ll play a key role in driving performance, supporting complex deals, and ensuring consistency and quality across the lending function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and guiding both clients and team members through important financial decisions. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape and improve systems, processes, and team structure as we continue to scale our lending operations.
