Title Liquor Stocker: Pay Grade: Non-Exempt Major Department: Liquor: Minor Department: Liquor: Reports to: Liquor Department Manager, Store Manager: Job Summary: The Liquor Stocker is responsible for the exceptional execution of guest service by the entire department. S/he must stock and display wine and liquor products in accordance with company standards on merchandise presentation, safety, and sanitation. As a PFM team member is able to exemplify Pete’s Four Pillars of Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Customer Service. Essential Job Functions: - Perform all functions related to managing stock of liquor, placement of liquor and wine on the shelves, maintaining back room, and loading dock receiver for all merchandise delivered to the store. - Liaison between the liquor marketing/promotional manager in organizing and developing promotional displays for the store. - Stock and display wine & liquor products in accordance with company standards on merchandise presentation, safety, and sanitation. - Understand, follow, and implement the company’s core values. - Maintain a clean and sanitized work station. - Effectively resolve customer issues. - Other duties Education/Certifications: -...
