Fire Safety & Building Remediation Officer London Bridge: £46,000 - £53,000 Hybrid Working: Do you want to join Hyde as a Fire Safety & Building Remediation Officer and play a key role in delivering major fire safety improvements across our homes? You’ll support the planning, coordination and day‑to‑day delivery of major works, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on track, and meet the highest safety and compliance standards. Working closely with contractors, consultants, and customers to make sure our buildings are safe and our customers are well‑informed throughout the process. What you’ll be responsible for: - Supporting with the management of major fire safety and building remediation projects from start to finish, including planning, procurement, delivery and handover. - Monitoring project timelines, identifying risks early and helping to keep work on schedule, within scope and within budget. - Keeping accurate project records, including programmes, progress reports, cost trackers and change logs. - Providing regular updates to the Senior Project Manager and other stakeholders on progress, risks and key decisions. - Working with contractors, consultants and internal teams to...
