Primary Scheduled Hours: Days, 80 hours per pay period Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the HR function at Newport Hospital and Health Services, ensuring effective delivery of employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is equally responsible for the health of the organization's culture — championing organizational values, strengthening trust in HR, and partnering with leaders to build engaged, accountable, and high-performing teams. The HR Manager ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and actively participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. This position implements people practices and systems that align with organizational priorities while supporting leaders in building engaged, high-performing teams.
