Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in podcast production, including managing end-to-end workflows for a recurring series. - Experience producing audio or video content specifically tailored for digital and social media platforms. - Experience managing guest relationships and conducting research for interviews. Preferred qualifications: - Technical experience with audio/video engineering (e.g., mic placement, lighting, remote recording software like Riverside/Zencastr). - Experience in short-form video editing and an understanding of vertical video trends and algorithms. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro and Audition) or equivalent industry-standard DAWs and NLEs. - Proficiency with sound mixing, color correction, and creating basic motion graphics/thumbnails. - Ability to manage and art direct freelance editors and technical subject-matter experts. - Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
