Job description

This position is responsible for providing exceptional breakfast, lunch, and dinner service to hotel guests, whether in the lounge setting or through in-room dining. The server ensures a positive and efficient dining experience, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Responsibilities: Lounge Service: - Greet and seat guests in the lounge area. - Take food and beverage orders accurately. - Serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, and food items. - Maintain a clean and organized lounge environment. - Process payments and handle cash transactions. - Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
