About This Role Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) organization is seeking a senior product leader to serve as Head of Financial Institutions (FI) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) Products. This role is accountable for defining, delivering, and scaling a comprehensive portfolio of payments, liquidity, deposit, and digital workflow solutions for bank and non-bank financial institution clients. This role sits within GPL’s Specialty Products group and operates as a senior leadership position with broad accountability across strategy, delivery, and commercialization. The Head of FI Products partners closely with Relationship Management, Treasury Management Consultants, Platform teams, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to deliver cohesive, scalable, and market-leading solutions.
