As we scale our platform across global enterprise customers, we are looking for a Product / UX Designer to own the end-to-end design experience—from early-stage research through to polished, production-ready interfaces. This is not a supporting role. You will be a core driver of how Factbird's product looks, feels, and works—partnering directly with our product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders. You bring a strong execution muscle, know how to simplify complexity, and are genuinely curious about how AI can make your work smarter. The Role As a Product / UX Designer you lead with AI tooling rather than traditional design software. You'll use AI-powered tools to accelerate the full design process — from research synthesis to interactive prototypes — reducing or eliminating reliance on Figma.
