Department: 34519 AMC Grafton - Critical Care: IU 2nd Floor ICU Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Aurora Medical Center-Grafton is recruiting a Supervisor, ICU Services to join the team. This will be a full-time exempt position working primarily PM shift 1500-2300, Monday - Friday. Position will require flexibility for weekends and off shifts as needed. We are looking for someone who is positive, approachable and can lead with strong listening skills, fairness, and hands-on support. This role partners closely with frontline teams, assists with daily operations such as scheduling, workflow coordination, and helps resolves barriers in real time. In addition, this position will play an active role in supporting quality outcomes, reinforcing standards, and advancing hospital initiatives while fostering a respectful, team‑centered environment. Previous ICU experience required with additional experience in Cardiovascular ICU experience will be highly preferred. Previous lead/charge or supervisory experience will also be preferred.
