The Opportunity RS&H is currently seeking a full-time Senior Right of Way Appraiser for a full-time embedded position at FDOT District 1 in Bartow, FL. The Senior Right of Way Appraiser supports the FDOT District One Right of Way program by providing advanced appraisal oversight, Right of Way cost estimate verification, and coordination between design, appraisal, and cost estimate teams. The position’s workload fluctuates based on the phase of the Right of Way project delivery cycle and focuses on maintaining accurate valuation data, schedules, and projections to support timely and cost-effective project delivery. Conduct field inspections to verify appraisal scoping and contracting processes.
