About the role: The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all yard and warehouse activities, transport logistics, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. As the Dublin site continues to perform strongly, this role is critical in managing the efficient and safe handling of both current and future chemical throughput. The role also plays a key part in maintaining high levels of customer service, ensuring that all operations align with the company’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As the Site Manager, it will be your responsibility to: Oversee daily yard and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Manage transport logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. Maintain and enforce site health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor chemical throughput, ensuring safe handling, storage, and processing of materials. Work closely with internal teams to plan for future operational needs, including any increases in chemical throughput or warehouse capacity.
