Job Description BioTech Science Lab Supervisor The role: The Associate Director Lab will be responsible for managing all lab-based activities including responsibility over BTSL lab owned equipment and facilities. The incumbent is responsible for liaising with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translating appropriate strategy of AS, BTO, IPT and Quality into actions. Focus will be on planning activities, giving in-depth science feedback on activities/protocols/reports and communicating with stakeholders on results and progress. As part of the position the individual will have significant responsibility for safety, compliance and (scientific) quality aspects for the department. Welcome to the team: The BioTech Science Lab (BTSL) supports the transfer, troubleshooting and life cycle management of analytical test methods for biotechnologically derived products as well as supporting process investigations, continuing process improvements and process robustness studies. Furthermore, the BTSL lab has a crucial role in supporting the biologics IPT and the Quality Organization.
