Homologation Specialist - Passive Safety / EV Battery

Job description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Passive Safety / EV Traction Battery Homologation Specialist to join our Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance team. This role focuses on ensuring the compliance of high-voltage battery systems with global vehicle passive safety regulations with focus on EV safety such as FMVSS 305, ECE R100, and other market specific standards. As a central figure in our electrification programs, you will work cross-functionally to develop certification strategies, lead validation activities, and support interactions with regulatory agencies and third-party testing laboratories. Your work will help ensure our electric vehicles meet stringent global safety and compliance benchmarks.
