Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601 Pay- $18.00- $20.00 based on experinece 3rd shift - 11pm to 7am The Demolding Operator is responsible for removing finished products from molds and preparing molds for the next production cycle. This role requires strong teamwork and communication with Peelers and Mixers to ensure consistent product quality. Additional responsibilities include assisting with SOP creation, production documentation, inventory data entry, and cross-training in other functions as needed.
