Business Intelligence Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-minded, and experienced in building dashboards, reports, and data models that support leadership and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and performance metrics . Partner with leadership, finance, sales, operations, and other teams to provide data-driven insights . Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency . Monitor key business performance indicators and proactively identify risks or opportunities. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems. Support strategic initiatives by providing data analysis and predictive insights .
