TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a Quality Inspector in North Little Rock AR The pay is $17.00 per hour and hours are 7:00 A.M - 3:30 P.M Mon- Fri Reports to: Site Supervisor/Site Leads: Quality Inspector Responsibilities: (To include but not limited to the following) Client Relationship & Business Development: - The Quality Inspector acts as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria. Operations: - The Quality Inspector performs quality inspection / quality audits on incoming material using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use. - Contains non-conforming parts and/or sub-assemblies. - Rectifies non-conforming material by rework, sorting and/or scrapping as directed by Team Leader. - Uses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly and/or disassembly to rectify non-conforming material. - Determines the tools and equipment needed to do the job. - Grinds, sands, cleans and oils parts and/or sub-assemblies by using hand tools or equipment.
