Corporate Payroll Manager - Job Description Summary/Objective: Performs all activities necessary to process weekly payroll, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management. Calculate bonuses including but not limited to Store Best Of The Best (BOB), Delivery Specialist and Assistant Manager. Responsible for answering written wage garnishments and all employment verifications. Respond to payroll questions via phone, email, or in person. Responsible for taking action to resolve coworker payroll issues with a high degree of accuracy. Competencies: - Prepare, analyze and process weekly payroll for all employees. - Review and verify payroll reports for accuracy. - Reconcile payroll deposits, tax withholding and employee deductions. - Process final payments for separating coworkers, and special transactions such as retroactive payments, and bonuses. - Research and resolve discrepancies with payroll earnings, garnishments, and paycheck deductions. - Send weekly Budget vs Payroll R...
