Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (2pm - 11:pm) Summary: Oversees maintenance and repairs of ammonia refrigeration systems. Supervises refrigeration employees. Maintains temperature to plant specifications and USDA requirements. Must keep and maintain accurate records for local, state, and federal inspections.
