Job Description Your Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage the Mechanical Maintenance team at ADM Erith (including contractors and mechanical apprentices), driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department. - Oversee the maintenance, reliability, and safe operation of all mechanical installations across the ADM Erith facility. - Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Create, implement, and track preventive maintenance schedules to extend asset life and reduce downtime. - Ensure full compliance with statutory, UK, and EU legislation, and internal company standards for all mechanical maintenance activities. - Act as the primary point of contact and technical authority for all mechanical compliance, ensuring equipment, procedures, and maintenance activities meet all relevant UK regulations. - Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive maintenance procedures. - Provide expert technical support for new installations, upgrades, and modifications. - Initiate, develop, and deliver capital and improvement projects. - Ensure critical spare-parts availability and optimise the spares strategy to support equipment uptime and reliability. - Monitor, r...
