We work together to enhance peoples' lives through our products and presence in the communities in which we operate.​ Starting pay rate is based on experience: $22.46-$29.14 per hour + $2.00 per hour shift differential for night shift. *New employees are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus* In this role, you’ll take ownership of a vinyl siding extrusion line and play a key part in producing high-quality siding products that meet customer expectations. This is a hands-on, skilled position where you’ll work with equipment, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance. The schedule will be a 12-hour shift; either 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am.
