Job DetailsJob Location: Crawfordsville North Plant - Crawfordsville, IN 47933Job Description: Position serves as direction for the maintenance and changeover crews to manage and oversee continuous improvement towards plant reliability and OEE (Optimum Efficiency Effectiveness). To coordinate all mechanical and/or electrical work with plant managers, supervisors, and support staff. Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs along with the budget of these areas. Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and support safety efforts to resolve safety concerns and monitor compliance. Develop and set crew expectations relative to performance of responsibilities and change-over times. Forecast, develop, and manage the maintenance budget. Champion the precision maintenance effort in the crew. Develop and lead preventative/predictive maintenance, including working with Hydraulics, Electrical, Pneumatic, Power Transmissions, vibration analysis, balancing, alignment, oil analysis and NDT.
