Classification Title: Clin Svc Rep Supervisor Classification Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and six years of medical office experience, that includes knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding guidelines as well as basic medical terminology. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience. Job Description: The Opportunity The Clinical Service Representative Supervisor serves as support to the Clinical Service Representative Manager. It handles patient information and provides specific clinical support, which may include patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, scheduling ancillary tests, assisting with referrals, and coordinating patient care with our SHCC departments. The role also assists clinical staff with assessing patient information, shares expertise and provides support to team members, and assists other department personnel as necessary.
