POSITION PURPOSE: The Learning and Development Manager will lead the strategy and execution of learning initiatives including leadership development, professional skills training, onboarding programs, and talent development frameworks. This role ensures that learning programs align with organizational priorities and contribute to building a high-performing and engaged workforce. In addition, it is tasked with creating, implementing, and managing training programs that support the professional growth of all associates.
