The High Risk Team (HRT) Integration Specialist supports the effective operation of the HRT for the Capricorn Region by coordinating referral documentation, facilitating case updates, and assisting in the administration of multi-agency processes responding to domestic and family violence involving high or imminent risk. Working under the guidance of the HRT Coordinator, this role contributes to timely triage, accurate case tracking in Infoxchange, interagency communication and meeting preparation.
