Shift Supervisor Old Carolina Barbecue: Location: Orrville, OH: Do you enjoy food service and leading a team? Old Carolina Barbecue is currently in search of a shift supervisor to service our day-to-day operations. We are looking for people who have a passion for serving great food in a fun environment! As a Shift Supervisor, you may be responsible for: - Maintaining a clean atmosphere - Ensure established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained - Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures - Assists in implementing guest oriented quality, service and cleanliness action plans to enhance guest satisfaction - Customer service and enthusiasm - Teamwork & leadership - Miscellaneous tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous food industry experience is not required but highly encouraged.
