Role Overview Sodexo is hiring our Director of Custodial Services for a portfolio of K‑12 school districts in the northwest Atlanta region. In this role, our successful leader will manage custodial operations across multiple schools. This role is both operational and relationship‑driven: you’ll oversee district accounts, while serving as a trusted advisor to school boards, administrators, parents, and community stakeholders. You’ll shape service delivery, mentor future leaders, and ensure that sanitation standards support safe, healthy learning environments for thousands of students. This is a potential sale and contingent offers will be made.
