Acutronic is looking for a Head of Sales to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business through effective lead generation, leveraging both existing and new customers for Inertial Guidance Test Systems (IGTS), Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL), vibration test systems (shakers) and after-market services for Acutronic Simulation & Test USA. Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in capital equipment sales. Sales Engineer: Your Roles/Responsibilities: - Lead, Train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed annual bookings targets - Interact with existing customers to increase services, turnkey solutions, and product sales. Review customer requirements and recommend products that satisfy specific requirements. - Work with the Operations and Engineering Team to develop technical proposals, technical specifications, and price quotations in order to achieve bookings objectives - Travel domestically and internationally to customer facilities to uncover customer needs - Attend tradeshows and...
