The successful candidate will be suited working independently and as part of a larger team to repair and modify heavy haul trailers. They will have a keen eye for detail, perform work to the pinnacle quality of industry standards, complete jobs on time and on target, and minimize wastes in day-to-day operations. Primary Responsibilities: - Ability to use welding and fabrication tools. - Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams, fit and assemble accordingly. - Troubleshooting and estimating welding repairs. - Capable of FCAW, MCAW, SMAW. CWB certifications an asset but not necessary. - Gouging, plasma cutting, lancing and crack repair. - Quality assurance and control. - Ensures effective equipment maintenance, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained. - Build and maintain a healthy and safe w...
