RESPONSIBILITIES: - Competitive wage - Company paid health and dental benefits - Paid vacation and productivity bonus - Opportunity for career stability and growth - Tuition reimbursement program - Protective personal equipment is provided, or cost of purchase is reimbursed - On the job training - Perform and document required safety checks on cranes, tools, and testing equipment at the beginning of each shift and throughout operations. - Conduct hydrostatic testing by plugging vessel openings, filling tanks with water, pressurizing, and monitoring results. - Perform pneumatic testing in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. - Visually inspect vessels for leaks, pinholes, weld deficiencies, and other nonconforming conditions; clearly mark defects as required. - Inspect fittings, brackets, and welds prior to testing. - Accurately record required test data in the traveler. - Interpret pressure gauge readings and calibration data to ensure testing accuracy. - Monitor condition of hydrostatic and pneumatic test equipment and report maintenance or supply replenishment needs. - Perform spray ball testing and passivation processes as required by procedures. - Operate cranes and hois...
