Department: 01120 AMG West Dundee Main St - Family Medicine Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Hours are as needed. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 0700-5pm, with some late nights as late as 6PM or 7PM. The first 3 Saturdays are 0700-1230 and the 4th Saturday 0700-3pm. Pay Range: $21.85 - $34.35 JOB SUMMARY: The Medical Assistant is a key member of the patient care team by supporting physicians and other clinicians in the delivery of high-quality health care to ambulatory patients. Medical Assistants are vital to the effective operations of a fast-paced medical practice. Medical Assistants help patients transition from the outside world into the provider’s office. The Medical Assistant performs a variety of important tasks to promote optimal health for our patients, including: Assist physicians and other clinicians with important clinical duties including but not limited to taking medical histories and assisting in physical examinations Act as a liaison between patients, physicians and other clinicians.
