ABM is looking for a third-shift, Operations Supervisor, who is responsible for the direct oversight of custodial crew members in Tucson, AZ! The ideal candidate is a proven team leader that understands the importance of building trust within their team, ensure that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and is an effective communicator! This role includes access to a company vehicle during working hours, annual bonus as well as a $3,000 incentive bonus after six months of employment! Shift : Third Shift: Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm -5:30am PAY $25.00 Per Hour: The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
