Job DetailsJob Location: Administration Building - Longview, TX 75605Responsible for processing, posting, and balancing card accounts. Researches and resolves card processing disputes, processes charge backs, and adjusts members' accounts. Completes related reports and records and maintains files. Professionally assists members and vendors and notifies them as needed. Performs related clerical duties as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: 1. Assumes responsibility for the effective and timely performance of assigned card processing functions. a. Review applications received by mail, fax or through internet banking for completeness and eligibility. b. Open new ATM and MasterCard debit accounts and implements procedures to enter new accounts into the computer system together with limits and any other special conditions of use. c. Accountable for all card control, including: ordering, replacement of lost or stolen cards, restricting usage, modifying daily spending limits, changing PIN numbers and issuing additional cards. d.
