Job description
The Director of Design and Implementation for Patient Access Hub Services is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of end‑to‑end patient support program (PSP) and hub service solutions. This role partners closely with brand teams, cross‑functional stakeholders, operations, technology, and external vendors to ensure the seamless launch, optimization, and scaling of patient access services across the product lifecycle. The Director ensures service models are compliant, patient‑centric, operationally efficient, and aligned with evolving market access dynamics.
