Position Title: Manager of Procurement & Contracts Job Code: Job Code: MGRPRC Pay Range: $8,944.00 - $13,416.00 Job Description: Summary A responsible position with the Finance Division in charge of managing, supervising and directing all C-TRAN procurement and contracting activities including but not limited to, maintenance and enforcement of C-TRAN’s Procurement Policy and Procedures, enforcement of local, state and federal regulations, and management of C-TRAN’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. Scope of Responsibility: The incumbent will perform frequent new and varied work situations with a high degree of complexity and will be responsible for the practices and procedures that govern the work of procurement and contract administration. Contacts frequently contain confidential/sensitive information necessitating discretion at all times. The incumbent will stay informed of trends, developments, laws, regulations and best practices related to procurement and contracting functions and activities to provide high-level support to management in these areas.
