Requirements Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, or related field preferred Experience working with youth (ages 8-18) in an after-school, school, or community setting preferred Experience leading group activities, sports, or enrichment programs strongly preferred Knowledge & Skills: Ability to manage and supervise groups of up to 10-12 students Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Basic understanding of youth development and behavior management Ability to plan and facilitate structured activities (academic, recreational, or creative) Ability to follow schedules and program routines (3 PM - 6 PM) Strong organization and time management skills Core Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the safety of all assigned students at all times Facilitate daily structured activities, including: Homework time Group Activities: Recreational/athletic programming: Maintain student engagement and participation: Reinforce program expectations and positive behavior Track and maintain daily attendance and sign-in sheets Assist with program events (e.g., Bingo nights, contests, activities) Suppor...
